OUR PROGRAMS
Our work with K-12 schools is grounded in 3 SIMPLE values we’ve found common among our program partners – RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY & RELIABILITY. We help scholars understand what each term means, both practically and behaviorally and how these values are important as we navigate the world alongside others. Mentoring focused on character education, leadership development and college- and career-readiness provides participants with opportunities – via workshops, presentations, and seminars – to learn life skills, decision-making, and other skills critical for success at home, in school and in the workplace.
CHARACTER EDUCATION
Our middle school series explores how mindset impacts Attitude and Behavior, which ultimately constitutes our Character. For high school students, Attitude, Behavior and Competence are required for success in the classroom and in the workplace. Participants will develop strategies to promote a growth mindset as they face new challenges and obstacles, identify and practice pro-social interpersonal skills, and develop the ABCs for SUCCESS!

FAMILY AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Our Family and Community Engagement Programs work in partnership with students, families to rebuild or build connections for At-Promise Youth
YES Inc. is poised to support families, students, school and community partners in developing program to re-engage those students most in jeopardy of academic failure or dropping out. Our RE-ENGAGEMENT goals include:
Strengthening participant connection to schools and community.
Improving attendance.
Reducing behavior/discipline referrals, suspensions, and expulsions.
